The bed in the room we booked was marked as 1.5m to 1.8m. Don't underestimate the 1.8m size, which is actually a Queen size in the United States. So we paid $750 on the spot to change rooms. The hotel has a great location and the environment is OK. The breakfast is great, much better than other American hotel breakfasts, especially the fruits, and the faucet is super comfortable. However, compared to the $400 room rate, the room is too small. I have to complain about the towels, which look too dirty and old. The decoration is also old. I searched for a Sub plug for a long time and finally found one behind the TV. The charging speed is really too slow.

This is our second time stating at the Brass Key Guesthouse and we love it. The staff is extremely friendly. Check in and Check out are quick and efficient. The grounds are beautiful and the pool was a perfect temperature. We enjoyed our complimentary breakfast each morning. The room we had was over looking the pool, and it was clean and had all the basic items needed for the stay. We enjoyed the Shipwreck lounge right on the property. If you had back from town and just need that last cocktail of the evening the bar staff is there to assist in your needs. Location is perfect! just a quick walk to Commercial Street where all the restaurants and shopping can be found. It was truly a great resort to stay in. Looking to our next visit.

I had a wonderful stay at The Brass Key! When I arrived, Dale, the Front Desk manager, went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The check-in was seamless. Dale showed me to my room which was gorgeous, immaculately clean & overlooked their beautiful pool and courtyard. Breakfast was delicious- scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon, fruit assortment, coffee, tea, OJ, etc. Thank you to the outstanding Kitchen Staff! The hotel is conveniently located just steps away from Commercial Street where all the action is (shopping, restaurants, entertainment) I highly recommend ! 5 Stars!

Brass Key is a beautiful quaint guesthouse. It is comfortable and peaceful. We loved the whole atmosphere. The staff were friendly and very informative. Definetely return.

This review is for the Shipwreck Bar, I did not stay at the property, but gotta give a shout out to Amanda, a bartender, who really made us feel welcome and was so gracious and friendly. She was a real star and we came back to Shipwreck Bar because of her hospitality (and our group really drank). The bar is nice with a patio and gets busy but still not too stuffy crowded. Enjoyed sitting at the fire pit and meeting new people as well. Worth checking out when in PTown.

I stayed a week at the Brass Key guesthouse in Ptown. This was my first stay here, and I love this place! The staff goes above and beyond to make the stay enjoyable. The room is nicely furnished, and very comfy bed. Inviting Pool area is a Great place to meet people and make new friends while drinks are being served by attentive staff. Manager, Patrick Flaherty, goes above and beyond to make sure the guests are happy, and had some great restaurant choices too! This is a fun, well run vacation spot, and I cant say enough about the staff! I will be returning

This was my second trip to the Brass Key Guesthouse, and I loved it even more than last time (which was hard to beat). The location is central to everything I wanted to do (only steps away from Commercial Street), yet acts as a private oasis in the midst of the chaos. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with ample outdoor seating to relax and grab sun or shade as you wish. The service is amazing, and every detail is anticipated. I can not say enough good things about all of the staff who are so friendly and welcoming. I fell in love with my room (#115, one of the cottages). It had its own outdoor balcony and table with spacious chairs overlooking the pool and the Pilgrims Monument. The room was spacious and comfy. The bathroom had a wonderful oversized shower. Each room here is slightly different, so be mindful when you book, and there will be something for everyone. I truly appreciate the sophisticated adults only vibe where everyone can relax and be themselves. The property definitely helped make my vacation spectacular. Already planning my next trip!
